If you are having difficulty finding the information you need to make the most of the huge digital TV programming choice available via ASTRA satellites, you will find support here.

Satellites

ASTRA has a fleet of satellites in orbit, beaming channels to homes across Europe. Visit the how to receive section to check out the dish size needed in your area for each satellite, and for general information on how to start receiving satellite TV via ASTRA.

Channels

To find the channels that you want to watch, you can use the ASTRA Channel Guide to search for channels by language, content, the country of origin, or the format and satellite used for broadcasts.

For information about the channels themselves or the programmes broadcast, you should contact the channels directly. Links to the major broadcasting networks in Europe are given below.

Equipment

If you intend to install your ASTRA satellite dish yourself, you will find help with positioning and aligning the dish in the satellite installation assistant section. Unless you have the necessary installation experience and DIY skills, we would recommend that you employ a professional to fit your dish. Your equipment supplier may be able to recommend a suitable installer, or you can locate a dealer near you with the dealer search page.

For information on the choice of ASTRA satellite receiver boxes, or help with their operation, you should contact your installer or the equipment supplier – this may be the broadcaster if you subscribe to a pay-TV package (see your subscription agreement), or the equipment retailer or manufacturer (see your sales invoice or the instruction manual).
